Each of our products is made to order and not completed until an order has been placed. Because each product is custom-made just for you, slight or minor variations in the design may occur. Additionally, because of our custom made-to-order process, we are unable to accept returns if you decide you selected the wrong size or color or no longer want the product.

However, your satisfaction is our priority! If your product arrives with any defects, damage, or issues with the print, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost or refund the order.
