If you would like to leave a review or have issues with your order, please follow the instructions below.
1. Find the email we sent you from customer@trackorder.site and click on "Leave a review". This will take you to a page where you can see each product you ordered.
2. Once on this page, find the specific product and click "Leave a review".
3. If you are dissatisfied with the order, you will be able to select a reason why and upload any images related to the issue. Once we have this information we'll be able to determine if we can grant a refund or accept a return.
Please note that you have 30 days from the delivery date to report an issue with your order to qualify for a refund or replacement. After 30 days no refunds or replacements will be issued.
